• Regular screening mammograms at age 40 or 10 years before to the age of the first-degree relative (mother, aunt, daughter, sister, grandmother) diagnosed with breast cancer.
• For women with dense breasts, bilateral screening breast ultrasound is recommended in addition to mammogram.
• Depending on individual risk factors and clinical judgement, a breast MRI may be considered.
