William P. Lauder is Chair, Board of Directors, The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC). He is also the Co-Chair of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and a guest lecturer at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he teaches “Decision Making in the Leadership Chair,” a course he designed for second-year MBA students.

William is a grandson of Estée Lauder Companies’ founders Estée and Joseph Lauder. As a third generation of the Lauder family, William has carried on the family’s generosity of spirit and has been critical in building the company’s culture of gratitude and purpose.

Dr. Lisa Newman is a surgical oncologist and with a clinical and research practice dedicated to breast cancer management. In August 2018 she was appointed Chief of the Section of Breast Surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medicine. In addition, at the NewYork-Presbyterian David H. Koch Center, Dr. Newman leads the multidisciplinary breast oncology programs which provides the finest, most compassionate care to women and men affected by breast cancer.
